NONVIOLENT C SKILLZ FEELINGS/NEEDS

Being Present, Living moments, Heart Centered Love..

Hi I'm johnny I did beyond scared straight back in 2012 for the youth back home and one thing I learned is that you can't scared these troubled/ confused young teens into doing the right things in life so I spent alot of time thinking about this really meditating on it so it comes back to self awareness on how I changed and what it takes so I've decaded my time and full attention on nonviolent communication feelings/needs with a really good friend of mine william poehner he brang the program to my attention opened my eyes to a whole other level really teaching me finding self being self aware and living the moment being present dropping in to identify our own needs/feelings getting these met, mourn some so we can function properly continuing forward, being positive productive and driven for each moment that life naturally is all about. Bad/negativity Be apart of us its and fungus a sickness can't let that build up inside, we know at that point that we have choice most definitely making the right decisions  this skill set, our heart's putting pride aside, grounding yourself accepting welcoming all these feelings sit with those mourn them all identifying ourselves our needs meeting those before anything else and moving on to the next one at a time you know we don't have to be confused, angry, sad,alone, afraid. Sitting with friends, relatives, strangers actually take that time to do so  with a whole heart allowing yourself to be present live in that moment and offer a gift of empathy is a wonderful feeling to have and share with that person it puts you on a different level it starts that balance equality receive it all with no judgement,outlook,or your own opinion just hear that person out allow yourself to become one with that individual it allows you to connect to even track that person you actually helping you know identifying feeling with needs is beautiful but actually identifying there's is amazing this is exactly the start of a new connection a new community and thats why I'm starting my program and teaching this teen youth even troubled relationships I'm johnny lopez sr the president of this wonderful program ive had plenty of experiences and many more to come that I've actual took in with a whole heart añd decided I was going to teach nonviolent communication to the teens troubled ones lost ones confused ones and guiding them through my program mentoring and building a little boy/girl into being a man a lady a good and honest friend,brother,father,mother,a husband,wife the list goes on and on you know I felt all this in my heart truly to offer piece and harmony to all my loved ones to offer change to our community which allows our futures together to be safer allowing one another to love grow build our hearts live through and through for our ability to love care trust share if only we all come together stick together stand by eachother side by side living the moment being present allowing positivity to surround us , motivates all to love one another and teaching one another about self awareness NVC is important to us all it's already inside us foreal it's naturally inside us we just lose that connection with self and most the time everything around us get out of hand allowing negitivaty to take over this is why I'm here to bring us right back to identifying ourselves being self aware pinpointing our needs to get met mourn our feelings allowing this to pass and continue to live a great and wonderful life with one another please look at my web page, written by Johnny E Lopez sr https://jl7853500.wixsite.com/nonviolentcskilz. sign up allow me to help it's not only a gift from you I also have a gift in return.. p.s let's say you or your loved ones are on the same page I am help by going to. https://www.gofundme.com/f/28d5
